Upgrade Finance is a financial technology company, not a bank. Banking services provided by Upgrade Finance's bank partners. All loans, Personal Credit Lines, and checking and savings accounts are provided by Upgrade Finance's bank partners.

Personal loans made through Upgrade feature APRs of 7.74%-35.99% and origination fees of 1.85%-9.99%, which are deducted from the loan proceeds. Eligibility for a loan is not guaranteed and requires that a sufficient number of investors commit funds to your account.

4. Credit Score Impact

Checking your rate on our platform generates a soft credit inquiry, which will not impact your credit score. If you accept a loan offer, a hard credit inquiry will be made, which may impact your credit score.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Upgrade reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Upgrade's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Upgrade makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Upgrade or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Upgrade's website.
